Configure all your wanted graphical settings in game except make the resolution 640x480, save settings, and exit the game.Ģ. (Unless of course you got the 1080p patch to work.)ġ.
Although this isn't a perfect fix - a very small window will appear in the top left corner of the screen displaying all 3D elements and the in-car view is broken, it's effective and non-intrusive enough that it should fit almost everyone's needs.
